1 Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the xbjeee platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to the xbjeee website, mobile application and all related services.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the xbjeee website (https://xbjeee.cam) and all its sub-pages.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered personal account.

• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in the user's account.

2 Account Registration

Registering a personal account is mandatory to access services on the xbjeee platform. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of account registration.

2.1 Registration Process

• Each user may register only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep the account password secure.
• xbjeee must be notified immediately of any unauthorized access to the account.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The user must provide their name, date of birth, address and contact details accurately. xbjeee reserves the right to close the account and confiscate all balances if false information is provided. An identity verification (KYC) process may be required at the time of withdrawal.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

xbjeee is a responsible gaming platform. We strictly prohibit participation by minors.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must have the legal right to participate in gaming activities under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Anyone who lacks mental capacity or is otherwise unable to make responsible decisions may not use this platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

5 Bonuses and Promotions

xbjeee offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit receives ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: ৳12,000 deposit receives maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000.
• To make the bonus withdrawable, the total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement: 20x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.
• Certain game-specific restrictions may apply when betting with bonus funds.
• Bonus abuse or attempts at bonus arbitrage may result in account suspension.
• xbjeee reserves the right to modify, cancel or end any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts or from accounts belonging to family members is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

The xbjeee VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier receives up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver receives 1.0% and Gold receives 1.5% weekly cashback. It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular play.

6 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting options available on the xbjeee platform.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet or game session has started, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, xbjeee will provide an appropriate resolution.
• If a fault is detected on the game provider's server, the relevant bet may be voided and the wagered amount will be returned.
• xbjeee reserves the right to withdraw any winnings paid out in the event of a software error or abnormal result in any game.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets must be placed before the event begins (except for live betting options).
• If a match or tournament is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, the wagered amount is generally refunded.

6.3 Results and Dispute Resolution

The results of all games are determined by third-party software (Random Number Generator or RNG), which is impartial and verifiable. If you have a dispute about any result, please notify the support team via live chat. The final decision of xbjeee will be binding.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbjeee platform and may result in account closure and balance confiscation.

7.1 Fraud and Deceptive Activities

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Attempting bonus arbitrage, bonus hunting or exploiting the system.
• Using hacking, phishing or any other illegal technical method.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.

7.2 Money Laundering

• Using the platform for the purpose of legitimizing illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• xbjeee has the right and obligation to report suspicious large transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Placing bets using third-party funds is prohibited.

7.3 Other Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other users (collusion).
• Making threats, harassment or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
• Imitating or copying the platform's content or brand.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Account Suspension by xbjeee

xbjeee may unilaterally temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Suspicion of involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• For investigative purposes or for legal reasons.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Self-exclusion and limit-setting options are also available as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and evidence of fraud is found, the entire balance may be forfeited. If an account is closed under normal circumstances, the verified valid balance will be returned.
